My flight got changed, and they did help me sort it out in the end, which I really appreciated. The only thing was that the replies took quite a while, and when you’re already worried about travel plans, that waiting makes everything feel more stressful. Overall, it was okay, but I definitely would’ve felt better with faster communication.

I had a question about my booking and expected to be stuck in some endless support loop, but they replied quickly. Almost too quickly, like maybe someone’s actually monitoring this stuff behind the curtain. It wasn’t perfect, but the support guy was helpful and got it sorted without making me go back and forth a bunch of times, which is rare enough to make you wonder what the catch is

I booked my flight through flyfairly.com the whole process was simple. The site was easy to figure out, and I found a decent price without feeling like I was clicking around forever.
I’ll admit I was a little nervous since I hadn’t used them before, so I kept checking my email and details just to make sure everything looked right. Thankfully, the confirmation came through quickly and all the flight info matched up, which made me feel a lot better.
Everything was fine at the airport too. My ticket was valid, there were no surprises, and the trip went exactly as planned. I’d feel comfortable using them again.

"Helpful for booking, but could be a bit better"
I liked that Flyfairly lets you split up the cost of a flight because that really helped me book when I didn’t have all the cash upfront. It’s a useful option for this kind of thing, but the payment choices felt a little limited. I also wish the fees were explained more clearly before you get into all that. Overall, not bad, just not as flexible as I hoped.

Customer support wasn’t super quick to get back to me, but once they responded, they fixed the issue and sent over the updated details. I used Flyfairly to book a flight, and yeah, the price was okay. It was a little cheaper than a few other sites I checked, but not by enough to get excited about. I kept waiting to see some real savings, but it never really happened.
The booking itself went through fine, so I’ll give them that, but the extra fees were annoying and made the deal feel a lot less impressive. Not terrible, not amazing. I’d probably only use it again if the price was clearly better from the start.

I booked through Flyfairly and the itinerary was mostly accurate. The flight times and airports all matched up, so that was good, but one of the layover details threw me off for a bit.
